Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative - SM North | HQ

- Assist incoming customers in service center with their phone repair servicing needs and accessory sales such as but not limited to: assistance in software upgrades.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service center most especially the service area, rest area of customers, experience area and charging area.
- Encode of repair orders, accessory sales orders and documentation of necessary documents used in service centers.
- Prepare the service center’s readiness for every program, activities, promotions to be conducted in the service center and carry out respective guidelines issued by the Customer Service Head Office Management Team.
- Take part in the scheduled O- Elite Examinations/ Interview administered by Customer Service Head Office Management Team and by Headquarters and be able to pass the examinations.
- Log-in to the KB system and FTP to learn about new products and new knowledge in order to provide technical support to the sales team and clients of the service center.
- Contact and inform customer timely of the diagnosis results of their device and fees to be paid.
- Receive and deposit daily income, accountable for any discrepancy.
- Issue official receipts and update columnar entry.
- File the hard copies of repair orders properly and send back to HO the OOW repair orders (with payment) hard copies only.
- Prepare reimbursement forms for the expenses incurred, accountable for any discrepancy.
- Support the sales team regarding after sales related questions and processes if needed.
- Safeguard the service center’s contents such as phones surrendered by the customer, service units, fix assets issued and assigned.
- Attend and participate training delivered by the Customer Service Head Office Management Team.
- Perform Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Must be a College Graduate (at least 1 year experience in the same field) (fresh graduate is welcome as long as willing to learn)
- Able to speak in English and Tagalog,
- Can effectively communicate clearly with customers and ability to use positive language during the interview.
- Customer service experience is a plus point.
- Can handle different kinds of customers: Irate, elderly, VIP, and average customers.
- With technical background is plus points.
- Pleasing and warm personality.
- With the willingness to learn and okay with multi-tasks in Service Centers.
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
