Customer Service Specialist

BROAD SCOPE

Coordinates and communicates with Logistics Service Providers for customer related and delivery concerns.
Attends to ultimate consignee escalation and delivery concerns.
System process updating for delivered orders and returns.
Coordinates with principal for delivery updates and concerns.
Prepares and send consolidated reports for delivery progress and updates.
Handles CS staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring of deliveries.
Coordination with LSP regarding status updates of the ff:

1. Shipments from pick up to delivery (Tracking and tracing of shipment)
2. Follow-up status of pending for deliveries.
3. IOD status and posting in CELLO System (Information Of Delivery).
4. Ensuring the accuracy of IOD vs POD information (Proof Of Delivery)
5. Gathers the delivery details if there are backload and needs disposition or immediate assistance from SEPCO Logistics
6. Ensures correct details in the LSP report to avoid misinformation.
7. On-time and accurate visibility report daily
8. Inform SEPCO and SDS team immediately regarding shipments delays and the reason of delay (Force majeure / Vessel technical problems / LSP errors and internal problems etc.)

Follow up disposition from SEPCO for pending deliveries thru email, chat and call.
Responds to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
Create backload report and incident report for every returned or rejected delivery and sends to respective personnel.
Collaborates with team members and other departments for any concerns that need to be addressed.
Proper filing of documents for easy backtracking of files.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

At least bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain or any related course.

EXPERIENCE

With minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
Logistics and transportation industry experience is required.

SKILLS

Proficient knowledge and experience in customer service.
Good level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving.
Proven experience as a collaborative team player.
Organized with high attention to details.
