a. Manage large amounts of incoming calls and text.
b. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers account through open and interactive communications.
c. Provide accurate, valid and complete by using the right methods
d. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits: Follow up to ensure resolutions
e. Shop health monitoring and filing appeals and taking quiz to lessen violations point for the platform.
f. Product uploading and product monitoring for the assigned platforms account is timely updated.
g. On time submission of ticket logs for RTS and refund to avoid losses.
h. Communicating to other department regarding the platforms handles.
i. Processing and verifying order transaction for booking in websites.
j. Provide timely report of workloads daily.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Server: 1 year (Preferred)
