Customer/Client Services Executive - Remote (Retail/Sales/Logistics)

Work Setup: Remote; Work Engagement: Contract
Work Hours: Eastern US time zone
About the role:
  • Open to work with at least 1 year contract.
  • At least 5 years experience in customer service/client service mainly supporting retail clients; better if with experience with luxury brands since you’ll be catering to VIPs, and VVIPs all the time.
  • 10/10 English fluency with an American accent; written and oral with a US accent or has “twang” when speaking.
  • Aside from your resume/CV, include a 1-2 minute video/voice clip to introduce yourself.
Other Details:
  • Remote work and a laptop will be provided.
  • Must have a stable internet connection at home.
  • Will be working on weekends and Philippine public holidays.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
