Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team at Booth and Partners. This role is crucial in driving our data-driven decision-making process by providing actionable insights and comprehensive data analysis. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with various cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop interactive dashboards, and deliver impactful recommendations that will contribute to our operational success.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team at Booth and Partners. This role is crucial in driving our data-driven decision-making process by providing actionable insights and comprehensive data analysis. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with various cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop interactive dashboards, and deliver impactful recommendations that will contribute to our operational success.

Role Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insight Generation
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL to extract meaningful insights and trends related to Booth and Partners' operations, outcomes, and performance.
- Proficiently build and optimize tables in a relational database to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required to address specific business questions or investigate anomalies in the data.
- Occasionally work with Excel files, applying advanced Excel formulas and functions to analyze data and generate reports.
- Translate intricate data findings into clear, actionable insights using appropriate visuals and tailored communication to engage diverse audiences.
- Dashboard Development and Visualization
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Zoho Analytics and other tools to communicate data-driven insights to management and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements, provide analytical support, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with other data team members to ensure data integrity, optimize data pipelines, and streamline data workflows.
- Maintain and update documentation related to data processes, analysis methods, and dashboard configurations to ensure clarity and continuity for the team.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar tools for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to develop and implement complex formulas.
- Experience in building and optimizing tables in a relational database for efficient data management.
- Experience with Data Modeling in a Relational Database platform is a plus.
- Willingness to learn other analytical methods like forecasting, predictive analytics, data science, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with remote teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to explore new methods and embrace challenges outside your comfort zone, continuously seeking ways to improve data analysis through learning from feedback and adopting a growth mindset.

- Are you willing to report onsite to either BGC or Makati locations?
- Have you had experience designing and optimizing tables in a relational database?
- Have you worked with Data Modeling in a relational database environment? If yes, what types of models have you developed?
- Are you able to report onsite to our BGC/Makati office at least once a week, with the possibility of more frequent onsite presence during high-demand periods?
- How would you rate your proficiency in SQL on a scale of 1-10, and can you provide examples of how you've used SQL for data extraction, manipulation, or analysis?
- Which tools have you used to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Zoho Analytics)? Could you describe a project where you developed a dashboard for data reporting?
