Job Requirements:

• Experience
• Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with a strong preference for experience in supporting the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) market.

Technical Skills

• Digital Marketing Tools: Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Canva.
• SEO & SEM: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEM campaigns.

Content Creation

• Writing & Editing: Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Graphic & Video Design: Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Social Media Management

• Account Management: Proven experience in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, etc.) and driving engagement growth.

Analytical Skills

• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data to measure and improve campaign performance.

Communication

• Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling stories and messages.

Creativity

• Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas to enhance brand presence and promote events.

Additional Requirements:
Portfolio required to demonstrate relevant work and previous campaigns, showcasing a broad range of experience as Digital Marketer
Core responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote SME businesses, including email campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Content Creation: Write and design compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels for both the event management company and the personal brand, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Implement SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

• Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote events, increase engagement, and nurture relationships with clients and partners.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports to measure success and optimize strategies

• Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, media, and sponsors to promote events and enhance the thought leader’s personal brand.

Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining a strong, cohesive brand identity for both the company and personal brand through all digital channels.
