We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Affiliate Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the E-commerce Team in different initiatives, such us affiliate marketing, livestreaming, and platform campaigns.
Responsibilities will include:
Affiliate Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of affiliate events, both online and offline, including webinars, product launches, and advocacy activities
• Prospecting potential Tiktok creators to partner with based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines
• Initiating conversation and discussing partnership opportunities with Tiktok creators
• Preparation of PR kits for affiliate partners, which includes coordination with Warehouse team

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge and exposure in e-commerce platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok Shop Seller Center
• Demonstrates great attention to detail to ensure information presented on the above channels are correct
• Has the discipline to ensure required cyclical work is done, being able to implement the day-to-day tasks
• Well-organized and disciplined in task management
• With a positive attitude and solutions-oriented
• Willing to work onsite in our head office in Commonwealth Quezon City
• Seasonal role until December 31, 2024.
