Electro Mechanical Technician
Job Description
•Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
•Should be amenable to work 6 days, shifting schedule.
•Willing to travel within metro manila

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.

• Replace and repair busted bulbs, lighting fixtures, etc.

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems.

•Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
•Display basic knowledge or ability and knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electronic systems and controls, espresso machine and energy conservation.
•Attends immediately to and ensures the completion of emergency repairs.
•Reports immediately to his superior all defects and deficiencies noticed during inspection and, without delay, commence the immediate rectification.
•Reports the completion of all projects and work assignments.
•Keeps a close watch on spare parts/supplies required and advise the Facilities Manager/ Facilities Engineer beforehand to reorder, in order to have at any time the expected replacement parts/supplies at hand.
•Ensures that all assigned works are completed according to schedule and priority.
•Responds and makes himself available for any call by his superiors during emergencies, troubles, or calamities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School Graduate or vocational course
•With NCII Certificate or at least have a WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE to the position
•Willing on Shifting Schedule and Rotating Rest Day
•Willing to travel from time to time within Metro Manila
Carpenter/Painter Job Description
•Selecting the correct tools and paints for projects.
•Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting.
•Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish.
•Covering exposed objects and surfaces.
•Using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks.
•Buying paint, brushes, and other supplies.
•Obeying workplace safety rules.
•Collaborating with other design and construction specialists.
•Keeping the workspace and tools clean.
•Experience painting residential or commercial spaces.

Plumber Job Description
•Install and maintain water supply systems.
•Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
•Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
•Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
•Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
•Has knowledge in using Auger Machine.
•Has skills in de clogging kitchen waste pipe and soil pipe
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School Graduate or vocational course
•With NCII Certificate or at least have a WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE to the position
•Willing on Shifting Schedule and Rotating Rest Day
•Willing to travel from time to time within Metro Manila
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
