• Must be a Graduate of any Engineering Course (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor daily activities and accomplishments of subordinates.
• Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting Staff and Jr. Staff.
• Monitor, measure and report process performance and general issues.
• Make appropriate decisions while following the company policy and organizational structure.
• Undertake full responsibility in the absence of Manager, especially in handling abnormalities and decision making based on set company rules/ standards.
• Determine the need to establish New/ Revise/ Obsolete document of each identified process/es.
• Review and establish Work Instructions, Guidelines, and other related documents for the improvement of Process.
• Supervise activities by scheduling work assignment, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinates.
• Evaluate performance of subordinates for employment status, appraisal and promotion purposes.
• Ensure that tasks of subordinates are carried out efficiently and documents are maintained accurately and in accordance with standards.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignment/ rotations. Employee Training, Employee Vacations, Employee Breaks, overtime assignment and shift rotations.
• Develop activity or project that may contribute to the performance of the group.
• Promote continuous improvement to achieve plans for future growth or within the company.
• Comply with FALP's Environmental Management System Best Practices to prevent environmental accidents and to reduce environmental impacts.
• Contribute in providing reminders, information and guidelines to increase the awareness of each employee in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Standards.
• Participate in all Environmental/ Occupational Health & Safety activities and have the right to refuse in case of unsafe conditions.
• Responsible for proper use of internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyber threats to immediate Superior and/or l T Department.
• Responsible for proper use and care of machines and reporting any abnormality encountered on machine/ equipment during file process.
• Report any environmental issues and abnormalities to immediate Superior and/or EHS Committee.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
