Role: Estimator
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and night differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 6AM - 3PM / 7AM - 4PM Philippine Time
Work Setup: Work from Office (WFO)
To provide high-level skills to meet the demands of an estimator for the construction of residential and commercial buildings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
• Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
• Assessing the risk levels associated with a project
• Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done
• Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Estimator
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experienced estimating for residential and commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to apply EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity), OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety Regulations), and ethical practice principles and to act with probity at all times.
• Ability to undertake and complete procedural paperwork, including but not limited to risk assessments and worksite assessments.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
