Responsibilities:
Analyzing project specifications and blueprints to understand project requirements.
Conducting thorough material take-offs and quantifying required resources.
Obtaining quotes and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
Utilizing estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar to generate detailed cost estimates.
Familiarity with project management tools like Salesforce, Procore, or similar, to track project leads and collaborate with project teams.
Collaborating with the project management team to develop comprehensive bid proposals.
Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
Responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals.
Managing project lead flow by actively seeking out and qualifying new project opportunities.
Continuously updating cost databases and staying informed about industry trends and pricing.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the commercial & or industrial construction industry. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar. Experience with project management tools like Salesforce, Procore, or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and negotiation skills. A commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
