What You'll Do:

• Call insurance adjusters for dealerships and manage wait times on hold to get approvals for claims.
• Proactively figure out how to reach adjusters and improve the process of getting approvals.
• Work remotely with access to the dealership’s platform to handle insurance claims efficiently.
• Coordinate approvals for claims, ensuring smooth and timely communication between the dealership and insurance adjusters.
• Use remote access tools to enter and work on the dealership’s server platform.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience with CRM tools, especially Apollo.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• SOP management experience is a plus.
• Linked In content creation familiarity is a bonus but not required.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
