- Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Linked In & Sales Navigator: Manage Linked In profiles, leverage Linked In Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key prospects, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and client engagement.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM records to ensure all client interactions are tracked accurately.
- Market Research: Conduct research on real estate market trends, client leads, and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Communication: Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of executives, including internal communications, sales emails, and client follow-ups
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry. - Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator and experience in driving sales outreach through the platform. - Strong understanding of email marketing tools (such as Mailchimp, Hub Spot, etc.) and a proven ability to run successful campaigns. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business applications. - Knowledge of real estate sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
