- Manage all client communication, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Worked with a CPA firm or accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems) and willingness to learn new tools.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
