- Engineering or architecture graduate
- At least 2 years work experience in the general construction, aluminum and façade and high rise and vertical project.
- Responsible for the preparation cost estimates for the submission of tenders and bid
- Responsible in evaluating the architectural plans and specifications
- Analyze blueprints and plans together with supporting documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates.
- Responsible in preparing the bills of quantities for pricing
- Confer with architects, engineers and contractors to enable the company to prepare conforming tender
- Assist in the maintenance of the quote register and quote numbering system in accordance with the Sales and Marketing procedures.
- Assist in the supplier price list and the information is up to date in accordance
- Attend Pre-Bid meetings and negotiations with clients and Project managers if required
- Responsible in ensuring that all estimates are prepared and submitted on time in accordance with measurable objectives
- Assist in the maintenance of product data sheets for all suppliers to enable submission of bids.
Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
