• For more senior / experience staff salary can be increased.
• Engineering or architecture graduate
• At least 2 years work experience in the general construction, aluminum and façade and high rise and vertical project.
• Responsible for the preparation cost estimates for the submission of tenders and bid
• Responsible in evaluating the architectural plans and specifications
• Analyze blueprints and plans together with supporting documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates.
• Responsible in preparing the bills of quantities for pricing
• Confer with architects, engineers and contractors to enable the company to prepare conforming tender
• Assist in the maintenance of the quote register and quote numbering system in accordance with the Sales and Marketing procedures.
• Assist in the supplier price list and the information is up to date in accordance
• Attend Pre-Bid meetings and negotiations with clients and Project managers if required
• Responsible in ensuring that all estimates are prepared and submitted on time in accordance with measurable objectives
• Assist in the maintenance of product data sheets for all suppliers to enable submission of bids.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
