1. With at least 3 to 5 years experience as Executive Secretary
2. Can handle multi-tasking or multiple complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
3. Must be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excell and Power Point Presentation
4. Attend to personal activities of the Executive
5. Can handle important and confidential records and maintain files
6. Must be familiar and knows how to handle bank documents
