We are the startup company based in Japan and Philippines. If we categorize us, people can say DTC fashion startup “for now”. Back in 2022 March, we started as UGC video marketing platform and we pivoted because of a 90-Day challenge. I, Harry, gave Mimi 10k pesos and asked her to build 10M-peso valuation small business and she did that only in 90 days. Then we pivoted to Etsuka, a fashion brand upcycling vintage kimono. Isn’t it amazing?
Currently, we are hiring all over the world but mostly looking for the talent onsite work for now.
Working hard is default in here. Working three times harder than usual people.
Doing your best is default. You need to give out 120% everyday.
You won’t be able to catch up to the company speed for the first year. If you can, that means the company is growing slowly.
Yes, in general, it’s tiring. Must be challenging. Being in kamilas4am as core member for one year will feel like 3 years.
But super rewarding, I swear.

- Has and experience working in Start Ups and understands Start Up culture more than 2 years
- Proficient in online tools such as Slack, virtual office (gather), Google Sheets, etc. more than 1 year
- Able to work harmoniously with the team. Has a team management experience more than 1 year
- Speaks comfortably in English

Responsibilities (fashion designer):
We Etsuka look for the fashion designer who can create new designs with listening what our clients want. We don’t need one who just want to make what you want but we need one who can humbly listen what customers look for. We are solving clients problems through fashions.

• Understand customers pains.
• Listen what customers need for.
• Create appealing designs for Etsuka’s new collections.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align designs with brand vision.
• Stay updated on design trends and competitor offerings.
• Present design concepts and make revisions based on Mimi’s feedback.

Qualifications:
Work hard and be humble. And quick execution. That is it!

• Be humble to listen feedback
• Be able to communicate messenger with speed
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Proven experience as a designer, preferably in fashion or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Speaks comfortably in English
• Part-time role, with potential for full-time in the future.
• Salary: Performance-based (up to 100K PHP)

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
