Main responsibilities:
1. Manage daily financial transactions, including payment processing, deposits and withdrawals.
2. Monitor cash flow and manage financial records according to company policies.
3. Check customer accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
4. Process financial reports and work closely with the finance team to prepare monthly and annual reports.
5. Assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance with local laws and company regulations.
6. Review and process customer refunds and withdrawals in a timely manner.
7. Report any discrepancies or suspicious financial activities to the management team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields is preferred.
2. Experience in online gaming industry is preferred.
3. Proficiency in using financial software or accounting systems (e.g. Quick Books, SAP).
4. Familiar with financial reporting, cash flow management and auditing processes.
5. Applicants who are familiar with Philippines tax laws and financial regulations (including PAGCOR compliance) will be given priority.
6. High integrity, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience:
Experience managing financial operations in the online gambling industry.
Learn how to process payments via e-wallets, bank transfers and other online payments systems.
