Job Overview: The service crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with food preparation and service. This role requires teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers with their orders.
  • Provide information about menu items and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Food Preparation:
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of food items.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Keep the food service area clean and organized.
  • Cash Handling:
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance:
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
  • Perform regular cleaning of equipment and workstations.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet service goals.
  • Assist in training new staff as needed.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Help with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
  • Report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
Working Conditions:
  • May require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php645.00 - Php1,000.00 per day
