Job Overview:
We are looking for a General Administrative Assistant fluent in Arabic and English. The role involves providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and facilitating communication with Arabic-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle emails, calls, and virtual correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and virtual meetings.
• Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English.
• Assist with data entry, document management, and virtual filing.
• Provide administrative support to teams remotely.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a virtual role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150.00 - Php165.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
