General Admin Assistant (Electrical Engineer Graduate)

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and estimation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs required for electrical projects.
- Prepare estimates and quotations based on project scope and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather information necessary for estimating.
- Assist in preparing bid documents and submissions.
- Update and maintain estimating data and records in the system.
- Coordinate with the project team to adjust estimates based on project changes.
- Provide support with administrative tasks related to estimating, such as maintaining files and tracking project status.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php43,000.00 per month
