GEMECO is one of the leading CAN manufacturers in the Philippines. The company was founded in 1954 as a small canning factory that eventually grew into one of the largest in the country. The company's main plant is on a four-hectare property in Novaliches, Quezon City and it operates satellite factories in Cebu and Zamboanga.
Client Acquisition
Plans, develops and executes sales strategies to nurture existing strong client base and expand into new market opportunities
Team Management
Leads, organizes, motivates sales department to form a dynamic team that can meet sales objectives and provide customer satisfaction.
Manages sales office admin, deliveries and collections.
Sales Management
Generates sales forecasts and analyzes sales statistics to determine monthly/ annual sales plan.
Provides regular written reports on department performance.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
5 years of experience in managerial level/ people management
Impressive B2B track record
Has the ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies that align with company goals and drive market expansion.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Expertise in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Proficiency in optimizing resources to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Advanced skills in employing effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong capability in managing and nurturing complex transactions with multiple businesses
