About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and monitor sales campaigns, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive our sales strategies forward. You will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity within our CRM system, improving data accuracy, and ensuring efficient sales projections.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate important meetings, and keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities.
Responsibilities:
Sales Campaigns:
- Oversees and monitors sales campaigns.
- Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
- Responsible for weekly updates on sales monitoring and projections.
- Maintains data integrity in the CRM system.
- Implements processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency within the CRM system.
- Analyzes data and submits interpretation reports on a weekly basis
- Provides training and support to sales teams on new tools, processes, and strategies.
- Prepares up-to-date reports on competitors' activities, including client demographics, market positioning, product offerings, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitates monthly and weekly Business Development (BD) meetings.
- Participates in cross-functional meetings to share insights and foster collaboration

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field; (an MBA is advantageous but not required).
- Must have at least 2 years of data analysis, project management and/or sales enablemen/administration
- Data Analysis: Knows intermediate to advance excel/google spreadsheet skills
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Sales Enablement: Ability to develop tools and resources to support the sales team, such as training materials, presentations, and collateral.
Work Location: Hybrid (must be willing to report in the office at least once a week and willing to do occasional fieldwork).
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
