Job Summary

• Provides support in planning, reviewing, and monitoring sales activities with immediate superior.
• Coordinates with cross-functional departments and external client to ensure strong sales support.
• Manages overall production and procurement of field work materials through communication with suppliers to ensure timely implementation of sales promotion.
• Timely report of the necessary sales related requirements.
• Continuous developing of artwork material for POP, premium items and catalogue based on sales plan.
• Control and management of POPs/PI items to sales station.
• Responsible for the consolidation, monitoring, reviewing, and analysis of sales KPI results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Familiar with photo editing/graphic design software application
• Artistic, Creative and with excellent time management
• With strong negotiation skills
