A mid-sized company belonging to one of the big conglomerates in the Philippines is in need of dedicated and experienced one (1) Head – Billing and Collection for regular appointment. The Head – Billing and Collection will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence. This position is full-time at a mid-senior level requiring at least five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Billing & Collections or and related disciplines.
Job Description

• Manages the over-all Billing, Collections, Sales of Y Direct.
• Manages three (3) Finance personnel in the Department.
• Coordinates with RCBC Card and other payment channel for billings and payments.
• Process Sales accurately and in a timely manner.
• Transmit E-Certificates of Cover to new customers who have paid first installments.
• Efficient review of first level Claims prior to endorsement to insurance companies.
• Ensure submission and analysis of complete and accurate reports.
• Escalates all issues to top management and provide resolutions.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Resident of Metro Manila;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or any Accounting related course.
• With 5 to 10 years work experience in Finance and Accounting, Billing & Collections or and related disciplines.
• Has experience in managing people and in developing people skills.
• Adept in the use of Microsoft programs.
• Has good time management skills and high-level interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically.
