Job description
Payless Shoesource is in need of a Senior Sales Consultant/Head Cashier for SM Cabanatuan.
Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 1 year experience the same/related field With excellent selling and customer service skills
With extensive experience in retail/fast food operation Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
Must be proficient in both oral and written communication

Job Responsibilities:

Will assist the store leader in supervising the store operations including the Cashiers, Sales Consultants, and employees assigned in the store.
Assists to recruit, coach, counsel, discipline, and train employees
Helps to maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail staff to achieve sales targets Assisting in promoting the items to the customers
Handles customer complaints, issues and questions

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
