What you’ll do:

• Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements
• Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into Success Factors/Eightfold
• Recommends top candidates and schedule them for interview (if determined) or recommend further to the recruiter
• Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition
• Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in Success Factors/Eightfold, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met
• Assists applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and other various system related barriers the applicants may encounter
• Partners with recruiters to be an outlet for sourcing and researching candidates as potential leads through external resources, i.e., Jibe, Linked In, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Recruitment experience.
• Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Tuesday-Thursday.
• Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
• Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite). Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment.
