Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Representative/Phone Receptionist to join our dynamic team at a music store. This dual role requires not only strong communication and customer service skills but also hands-on experience and knowledge of musical instruments and music equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the music industry, be capable of playing multiple instruments, and provide expert advice on equipment like mixers, speakers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
Engage with customers, both in-store and over the phone, to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Assist in selling a variety of musical instruments, audio gear, and accessories.
Provide expert advice on music equipment, including mixers, speakers, amplifiers, and other audio-related items.
Achieve sales targets by offering tailored solutions to customers.
Stay updated on product trends, new releases, and music industry insights.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries or complaints with a professional attitude.
Reception:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide information about store products, pricing, and availability to customers.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments or staff members as needed.
Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating customer pickups or deliveries.
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, filing, and managing customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

Musical Expertise: Must be able to play at least three instruments (please list in your application).
English Proficiency: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
Equipment Knowledge: In-depth understanding of music equipment like mixers, speakers, amplifiers, and related gear.
Industry Experience: Preferably with experience working in a music studio or a similar environment.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in the music industry.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide professional advice and support to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, particularly in a music-related environment.
Enthusiasm for music and a passion for sharing your knowledge with others.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including reception duties and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php115.00 - Php225.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
