JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Virtually interact with patients, providers, and insurances to address inquiries, schedule appointments and other concerns.
- Assists practice in maintaining an orderly schedule of appointments.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Relevant experience is required. This position is open to seasoned BPO, CSR, and TSR professionals.
