URGENT HIRING!

• In-charge of talent and acquisition management- respond to recruitment and retention needs in timely manner.
• Process payroll ensuring accuracy and timely submission and approval of payroll data.
• Liaise with external partners, vendors and suppliers for procurement requests.
• Adheres to and implements the Code of Conduct and Company policies and employee discipline.
• Work closely with the government agencies and ensure compliance of HR policies, procedures, licenses and accreditations.
• In-charge on cleanliness and orderliness through good housekeeping practices to ensure a sterile, safe, orderly work environment in compliance with labor standards.
• Provides accurate and timely information and assistance to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and organize personnel and company records.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of human resources and administration.
• Work experience in international logistics and forwarding company an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing human resources.
• Strong communication, reporting and analytical skills; both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
