HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist department heads in the implementation of the Company Policies.
- Sourcing, screening and placement of required positions, including documentation & tracking of employment or movements of hired personnel.
- Coordination with agency partners and headhunters for manpower requirements.
- Coordination with government agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, BIR) in the registration, updating and processing of statutory benefits.
- A graduate of any Human Resources or Industrial Psychology courses.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of related work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess integrity and employee maturity in handling confidential information.
- Must be keen to details, organized and can multi-task
- Effective customer relations and interpersonal skills.

- 15 Days Vacation Leave/annum
