We are looking for someone who:
Ø Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related courses
Ø With high level of accuracy.
Ø With good interpersonal skills
Ø With 1 to 2 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Recruitment
Ø Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
ØMaintain accurate employee records and documentation.
ØHas a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
ØPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ø Can work independently and as part of a team.
ØIs proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HRMS systems.
