COMPLIANCE
1. Ensure that level of customer service meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectation.
2. Conducts regular compliance-related training to ensure maintenance quality system and staff adherence to management and technical approach, Intertek Code of Ethics, and Compliance Policies.
3. Update the company on local and government regulatory policies and update laws and other standards that may affect testing and inspection capabilities.
4. Responsible for issuance of Corrective Action Request as well as the conduct of investigation in line with a customer complaint, non-conformities from audit findings, and other issues that need to be addressed and resolved.
5. Strictly Monitor implementation of Intertek Code of Compliance, Zero Tolerance Policy, Anti-Bribery Policy, thereby launching an investigation and reporting to the Country HR Director of any case of occurrence thereof.
6. Conducts review of Core Mandatory Controls for Non-Financial Aspect and monitors the progress should an action plan is implemented.
7. Monitoring Service Improvement Feedback Form
8. Analysis of Data being gathered in Service Improvement Feedback Form
9. Monthly reporting of Integrity Compliance Handling Procedure to be submitted to Director - Global Technical, Quality and Compliance.
10. Record keeping of the drivers used for car rental
11. Conduct of necessary compliance measures:
a. Conducts monthly Telephone Audit
b. On-site Factory Visits
c. Unannounced Integrity Visits
d. Mystery Audit
e. Compliance Education
f. Conducts IQA for Business Assurance Supplier Management - Audit
g. Inputting the audit findings to the Share Point
h. Inputting of customer complaints to the Share Point
SUPERVISION PROVIDED
Limited - Performs task on own initiative in compliance with previous
instructions, company policies, procedures, and practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
