The HR Generalist- Employee Benefits will manage attendance tracking, payroll processing, and issuance of pay slips. Responsibilities include handling government remittances for taxes and contributions, assisting employees with benefits inquiries, and supporting the performance evaluation process.
Responsibilities

• Computes and records total number of hours of attendance and deductions.
• Runs payroll process and issues pay slips to employees.
• Processes government remittances and reports
• Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
• Support the performance evaluation process, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time or as prescribed by approved policy or guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related courses
• Good understanding of Philippine Labor Code
• Has an experience using an HRIS and payroll software is an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
