Internship rate: Php 200.00 per 8-hour/day
JOB SUMMARY
Effectively implements HR functions specific to Talen Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists in job posting, sourcing and screening of applicants in PBSP’s job portals.
2. Assists in scheduling an online/F2F interview with the applicant and coordination with the requesting unit for an update.
3. Conducts a background investigation and providing recommendations to the HR personnel.
4. Monitors Job Description specific to Global fund Project and review its content prior to submission for approval.
5. In-charge of filing and safekeeping of documents and maintaining accurate employee records related to compensation, benefits and other related documentation.
6. In-charge in ensuring that databases and monitoring systems are updated and complete.
7. Assists in sourcing of providers and suppliers for Foundation’s events and activities.
8. Assists the HR Officer in filing and completing the documents needed for liquidations and cash advances for events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education: A 3rd or 4th year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any Social Sciences course
Experience: None
Other / Special Skills: Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of platforms such as Zoom, Google workspace and Canva is an advantage.
