Patona currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc. working across 20+ partners. We focus on uplifting the way organizations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. Additional to this we are building our own technology product offerings. We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our partners and our people.
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
● Manage the recruitment process of new hires including onboarding, benefits discussion, paperwork and others
● Create and update job descriptions, performance standards, and performance evaluation processes
● Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies
● Lead employee development and training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce
● Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records and documentation
● Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
● Develop and promote the organization's core values, mission, and vision to foster a strong company culture.
● Implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all aspects of the organization.
● Lead cultural transformation efforts and change management initiatives as needed.
● Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
● Design and execute employee recognition programs and events to celebrate achievements and milestones.
● Facilitate open communication channels and feedback mechanisms to ensure employee voices are heard and valued.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry or Outsourcing
● Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
● Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive HR initiatives forward
● High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
● Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee information, data and payroll
