Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team with a unique focus on promoting and marketing our engineering services. In this hybrid role, the successful candidate will not only manage and design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects but also leverage their technical knowledge to market and grow the company’s services. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a passion for client relations, business development, and strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
MEP Engineering:

• Design, plan, and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a variety of building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate MEP designs into overall project plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure system installations meet design specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Development & Marketing:

• Act as a technical liaison with clients, providing detailed explanations of MEP services, capabilities, and solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop presentations, proposals, and promotional materials highlighting the firm’s expertise in MEP systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market, particularly those in need of MEP solutions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships.
• Support the sales team with technical insights and recommendations to close deals and secure projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP design, engineering, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage MEP projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments, including marketing, sales, and project management.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design and construction processes.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Business acumen and experience in client relationship management.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
