Drake International reputable client in Makati City is currently hiring of an HR Manager.
Job Overview:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will encompass a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor regulations.
Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in branches/network management is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
