Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Philippine laws and company objectives.
• Administer payroll processing, deductions, and employee benefits programs.
• Address employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a timely and confidential manner.
• Facilitate performance evaluation processes and implement rewards and recognition programs.
• Organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement and well-being.
• Ensure timely submission of HR compliance reports and handle regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management roles, with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
