DIALED in PH Services Corp is looking for an HR - Officer . [This is an onsite JOB]
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
• Has a minimum experience of 2-5 years as an HR - Officer in a BPO Industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to engage meaningful negotiation and resolution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Additional training/certification in Payroll Management and Labor Relations – may be advantageous.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Amenable to work at night schedule and onsite.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR policies across the company.
• Create and Serve Corrective Actions [religiously/promptly] (Tardiness, Aux offenders, Unauthorized absences, sleeping while working, NCNS, TD manipulation, etc) without any favoritism and biases.
• Capable of handling admin hearing [all employees]
• Able to provide/present contract [timely/promptly] to all employees
• Able to track records of all employees.
• Able to rectify [according to the company handbook] and resolve issues or problems arising on the premises.
• Able to report to the Client (Site Director and Operations Manager) needed/necessary updates.
• Able to provide expertise for the legal documentations and filings of the company.
• Provides direction on staff engagement so that the company regularly measures and responds to employee feedback to improve the company as a place to work.
• Ensure all company HR policies are implemented effectively and consistently.
