• Assist the HR Manager in implementation of HR policies and programs
• Assist the HR Manager in handling and processing all concerns of Recruitment
• Handles the end-to-end Recruitment processes
• Maintains all records related to the handled section
• Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct.
• Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.
• Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of Human Resources Management or similar course
• With at least 3 years of experience in HR handling Recruitment and other facets of HR such as Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations and Training and Organizational Development is an advantage.
• With experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry is an advantage.
• With experience handling NBS HRIS is also an advantage.
• With Excellent communication
• Detail-oriented and result-oriented
• Can work in fast-paced environment and team player.
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work in Pasig Area
