- Graduate with BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Recruitment Officer
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment
- Conduct Company Orientation
- Update forms and reports daily
- End-to-end recruitment
- Conducting phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
- Adept in social media platforms and tech-savvy
- Clerical works such as filling and organizing of 201 file.
- Direct reported with HR Head and CEO if necessary
- Can do field recruitment if necessary
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
