About the role: The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
What You’ll Do:
1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's hiring needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage job advertisements.
  • Source and attract candidates through various methods such as headhunting, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
3. Interviewing and Selection:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and reference checks as needed.
4. Candidate Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and manage candidate expectations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company’s reputation.
5. Recruitment Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
6. Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other activities to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
7. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: At least [2] years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices in the Philippines.
Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
3. Ability to assess candidates effectively and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certifications: Professional HR certifications are a plus.
· Experience: Previous experience in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
