- Strong Sales Skills: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of market research, segmentation, and marketing tactics specific to the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Source and Probe for prospective clients through online or field works
- Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
- Ensure that the policies given to the clients are accurate and correct in accordance to the business offers.
- Create and present a deck for clients in relation to their needs
- Research client base to find new types of customers to enhance policies offered.
- Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market and its competitors.
- Meet Company goals as the business direction requires.
- Execute work under general supervision, and perform other duties and functions assigned by the management as the business direction requires.
- Knowledge of Local Market: Understanding of the insurance market dynamics in the Philippines.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
