HR Services QA Analyst

We will rely on you to:

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and standardize existing processes, making them more user-friendly and efficient.
• Conduct thorough reviews of tickets and listen to calls of HR Services colleagues to ensure top-notch quality and compliance.
• Take the lead on various exciting projects, contributing to their success and driving impactful outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive support for activities across the dynamic Asia & Pacific region.
• Coach and train HR Service personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What you need to have:

• Strong understanding and experience working within an HR Services model.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Self-confident and able to effectively communicate messages.
• Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to be very detailed and a logical thinker.-
• Experience working in a player-coach capacity, handling individual deliverables while mentoring others.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience with ticketing systems; knowledge of Work Day or Service Now is a bonus.
• Experience with Pacific payroll is a plus.
