Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
Support the HR Manager and department by managing personnel files, drafting correspondence, posting job ads, updating the HR database, and processing employee requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source and screen candidates for various roles.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Handle pre-employment requirements and process job offers.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Coordinate orientation, contract signing, and uniform issuance.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Process payroll and timekeeping for employees.
- Manage employee requests related to overtime, loans, and leaves.
- Handle SSS, Phil Health, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Prepare incident reports and manage employee relations.
- Assist with inventory management and supply requests.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
