- Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Orientation/Training: Conduct onboarding orientations for new hires and assist in organizing employee training programs.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment processes is a plus.|
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
- Must residing near Bahay Pare, Meycauayan.
