Responsible for completing a variety of tasks support the daily operations of the HR department. Duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handling End-to-end Recruitment Process (Job posting, screening, interview, selection)
2. Designing and updating Job description
3. Maintaining physical and digital file (Employee 201 files) of employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
4. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
5. Conduct new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefits options, and accurately complete requisite paper work for new staff member
6. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
7. Reporting regularly on HR Metrics, such as company turnover
8. Process compensation and benefits (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG)
9. Announcing of holidays and other important announcements
10. Handle Office inventory and asset tagging
11. Coordinates HR projects, meetings and other agendas
12. Handle office billing payments
13. Provide assistant to any department heads for any information, documents or files needed.
14. Perform other tasks given by the Immediate Supervisor and top management.
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
2. Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
3. Male or Female
4. At least 1 year experience in the same field
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Advanced computer skills
7. Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
8. Attention to detail and analytically driven
9. Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php700.00 - Php800.00 per day
