DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*ADMIN
  • Facilitate building repairs and construction
  • Monitor & facilitate service vehicle in nationwide renewal of insurance & comprehensive insurance
  • In-charge Inventory List of IT Peripheral Asset
  • Manage hotel and flight booking payment
  • Maintain office equipment repair
  • Supervise Admin Staff Carmona, Cebu & Davao
  • Other related matter on General Admin task
  • *HUMAN RESOURCES
  • Make Memorandum
  • Recruitment
  • On-boarding (Orientation)
  • Employee Engagement
  • Monitor Renewal HMO (Etiqa & COCOLIFE) including enrollment of the regular employee
  • Make Training Bond Travel Overseas
  • Review Timesheet during cut-off
  • Make Job Offer and Employment Contract
  • Supervise HR Associate Carmona & Cebu including Davao
  • Consolidate KPI of all BEC staff during Midterm and Year End
IT
  • Do the backup for the SAP system using external drive
  • Make company email for the newly hired staff
  • Maintain server in Cebu
  • Deputize as in-charge for all WGSP (Wirtgen Group Portal Users) from the factory
  • Maintain Bluehost provider for the email renewal domain registration and website
  • Monitor renewal of Sophos License for the server
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
