Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration/BSBA in Human Resource Management, or any related courses
• High energy & dynamic
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• Self-directed, critical thinker able to work independently
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports or presentations
• Applicants must be willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Records manhours and prepares computation of payroll on a semi-monthly basis
• Records shift schedule, overtime, and paid leaves of all employees
• Prepares schedule of remittances to government agencies such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, and BIR
• Preparation and computation of government benefits such as sickness, maternity, and loans
• Planning and managing recruitment and selection of staff
• Planning and conducting new employee orientation
• Training and developing employees
• Managing performance, compensation and benefits
• Monitors and coordinates canteen, janitorial and security operation related matters
• Consolidation of orders, monitoring and controls of office supplies
• Monitors and controls all communication facilities of the company
• Process company monthly billings
• Assist in accommodation of VIP Guests and other visitors
• Assist in daily inquiries of employees

Work Location: Road Lot 1, Block 2 Lot 8, Block 5 Lots 4, 5 and 6, Complex Avenue, People’s Technology Complex – Special Economic Zone, Maduya, 4116 Carmona, Cavite, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am -5pm
